A Quick Solution to Communication - Chatwing Chat Software

Ever wanted to chat with friends but can’t since they’re not on the same social media account as you? Then why not create a chatroom and invite them all over? And using one efficient chat software that can utilize the social media accounts of your friends would even be better since they would not need to create an account to join in – they can just use their accounts instead. This chatting tool is Chatwing and believe it or not, it can do more than just that.

Regarded as one of the most sophisticated yet user friendly chatting tool to surface the Internet, Chatwing has been the favorite choice of a chatroom by many site owners. But that doesn’t mean you’ll need to become one just to use it. That’s a big NO right there. Chatwing is usable by anyone and that includes you.

Now here’s the 123 guide of creating your very own Chatwing chatroom.

Step 1: Register

First of all, you’ll need to get a Chatwing account. There’s nothing to worry though – the whole process will take less than a minute because of its sheer simplicity. But to make you less worried, I’ll just jot down what you need to do.

  • Got to Chatwing’s homepage – that is http://chatwing.com
  • Now find the TRY NOW button – press it to view the registration form that you’ll need to fill up
  • Put in your email address and password on the space provided. Check the box below it too.
  • Submit it and you’re done!
There are no validation requests so the moment you proceed to the next page will mean that the process was a success.

Step 2: Create the Chatroom

Now it’s time to create the chatroom of yours! You should be in the Dashboard page by now and you’ll see that your chatroom list is empty save for one chatbox that was created automatically when you registered. To add a new chatroom to the list, just press the Create chatbox button. You’ll have another default chatbox right away and you’ll be redirected to the next page at the same time.

Step 3: Customizing

As mentioned before, the chatroom you have is a default one. But I’m pretty sure you don’t want it that way, do you? If you think that way then you’ll really like the Customization page – this is where you’re currently at.

In the Customization page, there are options that can change everything about the chatroom, both visually and technically. The list is very long so I’ll just sum it up in one sentence – go through this process and you’ll have a pretty unique looking chatroom that your friends will love. Though Chatwing’s customization options are separated into tabs, most of these are found in the first two tabs.

These are the Chatbox and Message tabs. These two tabs are broken down into more tabs so that users can specifically pinpoint and locate an option much easier. The Chatbox tab is composed of options that will change the overall visual appearance of the chatbox includes other options that can affect the chatting capabilities of the chatbox. The Message tab on the other hand deals with the content of the chatbox, like the fonts of the messages and such.

The rest of the customization tabs consist of Chatwing’s different features which are very useful especially in terms of Chatroom management. Setting up and changing these options require little to no effort as you’ll simply need to drag and click your mouse to do so.

The changes you’ve made can be seen on the preview window – your chatroom will look like that once it goes live. After customizing, make sure to press the Save button to apply the changes you’ve made. After doing all that, press the Use Chatbox button – both these buttons are also found at the upper part of the page.

Step 4: Utilizing the Chatroom

You should be in the Embedding page by now. This is the last part of the process and all you need to do is copy something. That something is the URL of your chatroom which is found inside the Group Chat URL tab – the tab you’re currently in. There are two URLs below but you’ll only need to copy one.

After copying the URL, simply paste it into your browser and wait for the page to load up. You’ll see your chatroom after that and you can immediately start chatting.

Inviting Friends

A chatroom is no good if you’re the only one using it. To invite people over, simply share with them the link of your chatroom. If they comply, they can easily access it via their browsers too – the same way you did.

It doesn’t matter if they’re a Facebook or Twitter user or if they don’t have any social media account at all. Unless you restrict it, they can use their social media accounts to join inside the chatroom – it’s even easier that way. If they don’t have any of Chatwing’s allowed social media logins, then they can still use the Guest login feature – they’ll login anonymously and use Chatwing’s avatars as their “faces” on the chatroom. Chatwing currently allows the use of Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, Tumblr, Instagram and Vkontakte accounts to login – that’s a lot choices if you ask me.

There are still a lot of features about Chatwing that you may not be wary about. However, if there’s one thing to be sure about, it’s that if you utilize all of its features and use them to compliment the chatroom, it will surely deliver the best chatting experience for its chatters.

Through its constant improvements, the chatting tool has gained new heights. As of now, Chatwing can be used on mobile Android phones. With it, you can chat with friends no matter where you are – even if you’re on the move. Chatwing is a tool that can give the best when it comes to live chat yet it’s still one of the most affordable – anyone can get it for free.
